Acceptance

By creating an account or using FlowSpace, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Service

FlowSpace is a productivity workspace provided by RodyTech LLC. It includes task management, note-taking, document editing, calendar scheduling, a focus timer, and an AI assistant. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Free Trial & Subscription

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features, including the AI assistant.
  • After 14 days, a paid subscription is required to continue using AI features. No charge is made until you choose to subscribe.
  • Subscription pricing is displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, email support@rodytech.net for a full refund — no questions asked.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowSpace. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use FlowSpace for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Abuse the AI assistant (e.g., attempting prompt injection or using it to generate harmful content).
  • Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.

Neural Sound Engine & Health Disclaimer

FlowSpace includes a "Neural Sound Engine" feature that generates audio tones (binaural beats) intended as a productivity aid. This feature is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

  • The binaural beat frequencies provided are based on published neuroscience research, but individual results may vary and the scientific evidence regarding cognitive benefits remains mixed.
  • We make no guarantees or claims that the Neural Sound Engine will improve focus, creativity, relaxation, or any other cognitive function.
  • If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or any neurological condition, consult a healthcare professional before using this feature.
  • Do not use the Neural Sound Engine while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention.
  • You use this feature entirely at your own risk.

AI Assistant Disclaimer

The AI assistant is powered by third-party language models and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. AI-generated content (including task suggestions, auto-completions, and grammar corrections) is provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it.

Your Data

You own the content you create in FlowSpace. We do not claim ownership of your tasks, notes, documents, or other workspace data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RodyTech LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or service interruptions — arising from or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to the Neural Sound Engine and AI features. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. We recommend keeping backups of important data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RodyTech LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of Florida. You agree that any proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the service. Continued use of FlowSpace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
