Acceptance

By creating an account or using FlowSpace, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Service

FlowSpace is a productivity workspace provided by RodyTech LLC. It includes task management, note-taking, document editing, calendar scheduling, and an AI assistant. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowSpace.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use FlowSpace for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Abuse the AI assistant (e.g., attempting prompt injection or using it to generate harmful content).
  • Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.

Your Data

You own the content you create in FlowSpace. We do not claim ownership of your tasks, notes, documents, or other workspace data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

Limitations

FlowSpace is provided without warranty. RodyTech LLC is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of the service. We recommend keeping backups of important data.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FlowSpace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
